I can offer a safe, friendly and relaxed environment where you can explore issues at your own pace. I am a fully qualified and highly experienced counsellor/ psychotherapist based in Pottergate, central Norwich and North Walsham.

I have 12 years experience as a counsellor, psychotherapist and professional supervisor as well as teaching/training provider. I have a range of experience including drug and alcohol dependency, trauma, mental health issues, low self esteem and confidence, eating disorders, relationship issues, self harm and abuse. I am trained as an integrative counsellor and as a person-centred supervisor, but find that these approaches overlap. I am also a trained provider for Mental Health First Aid.

I have experience of teaching Counselling at all levels as well as Teaching and Supporting Vulnerable Learners training, Mental Health First Aid, wellbeing, assertiveness, etc - please contact me for further details if you are looking for something in particular.
