I am trained in Person-Centred supervision, although my integrative training seeps in to my supervision work and I feel this works well. For me, Person-Centred work is at the root of everything that happens in the session, and whichever theory is being applied the core conditions are crucial to the working relationship, whether that's supervisor/supervisee or counsellor/client.
